Mac will be traveling to New Orleans for the 8th consecutive visit to Jazz Festival.  In the past he has jammed with many famous and not-famous musicians…if it’s jamming, he is in!!  Look for him at Irene’s, Maison’s and other local favorites, as well as sitting in with the Storyville Stompers and the Treme Brass Band.

Fun is guaranteed for all.

City Grill has excellent substitutes for Saturdays and Sundays, and Mac will make up the missed shifts with some Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

 

 

Mac is playing solo piano at the City Grill, on the top of the US Bancorp Building in downtown Portland 111 Southwest 5th Avenue.
Saturday evening 6-9 pm and Sunday evening 5-8 pm, almost every week (see gig schedule)

Mac is joining Lady A and her Key Blues Band (Peter Damman-guitar, Carl Falls-bass, Ronnie Butler-drums) in the finals of Journey to Memphis.  The performance is at noon on July 4th at the Front Porch Stage at the Waterfront Blues Festival.


 

Mac Potts is leading an all star Funk band in a tribute to the Meters at Waterfront Blues Festival .  The show is July 2nd at 3:oo pm at the United by Music Workshop Stage.  The band features Gary Fountaine on bass, Dave Iula on guitar, Mark Blanding on drums and Jon Ramm-Gramenz on trombone.

THIS SHOULD NOT BE MISSED!!  Funky dancing music GUARANTEED to tickle your dancing feet.

Mac is joining Albie from the Netherlands along with “Lady A” and International Blues challenge runner up Karen Lovely at the United by Music Workshop stage on Monday July 4th at 4 pm.  Also features Peter Damman on guitar.
